How do we request a clearance?
We can receive instructions from individuals, Solicitors, estate agents or local authorities. Following an initial site visit we will provide a written quotation detailing the various options available to you. Please contact us to arrange a free no obligation visit.
Can I find out in advance what new items you have coming into stock?
Yes, either sign up to our ebay shops newsletter or mail us directly and we will provide advance details of up and coming products, we will also be providing details of events we will be attending on our web site.
I have an issue with a product I have purchased or an aspect of a clearance you have provided, what do I do?
Customer service is paramount to us. We have a comprehensive returns policy on our shop page for fixed priced items, in addition, please contact us directly for a prompt response to resolve any issue in a satisfactory manner.
We have instructed you as part of a probate situation, what happens with billing?
We are happy to provide clearance services billed to the estate due payable upon receipt of probate. As a company we have enough resource to ensure all situations are sympathetically dealt with.
I have an antique I wish to sell, are you interested?
We are interested in buying items of jewellery, silver, gold, and any individual antique items and will also provide competitive purchasing of scrap gold/silver. Please contact us to make an appointment to discuss your requirements.
What methods of payment do you take?
We are happy to take paypal, direct bank transfer, cheque or cash payment. We are also able to accept debit/credit card payments for clearance services.
